Area Sales Manager - Prudential

Prudential Vietn is looking for a qualified candidate to fulfill a vacancy of Agency Development Supervisor (Area Manager).

Location: Ha Tinh province

Main tasks and responsibilities
Recruiting and developing agency force to expand and push sales activities.
• Training new agents on sales cycles, inactive agents on handling objections and agency leaders on leadership and monitoring.
• Monitoring agency leaders’ implementation of sales plan to make sales at branch or region grows more and more.
• Together with agency leaders’ to set up monthly, quarterly and yearly recruitment plan as well as support agency leaders’ in interviewing and making BOP schedule, welcoming new agents.
• Supporting agency leaders’ to motivate agents in daily operation to meet sales target.
• Making contest plans monthly and quarterly and submitting to the director for approval.
• Together with Agency Compliance to investigate and solve the problems related to Agency Compliance.
Job requirement
Qualification : Bachelor Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance
Experience: at least 3-year experience in sales supervisor preferably in FCMG or foreign-invested company.
Knowledge & Skills
•Good knowledge of insurance products
•Good analytical and problem solving skills
•Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
•Excellent presentation skills and English communication
Others:
•Has a strong personal network
•Self –starter, motivated and independent
• Income: competitive but average for starter is 8M per month plus bonus if full target achieved
