JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Take care of jobs related to the import – export activities of the company and buying goods from overseas.
• Follow import, export shipments, co-working with forwarders and vendors to arrange shipments, completing customs, health inspection procedures and ensure the correction of shipping documents (contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading...) and customs declaration forms.
• Research and update the price, reporting to Asst manager.
• Play the intermediary role between suppliers and company.
• Support PC staff in documents, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and ensuring that the best prices are obtained
• Preparing Weekly, monthly, yearly import-exporting report under Head of Manager’s request
• Co-working with other deparments in preparing and arranging quality documents GMP, HACCP, ISO, MSC, BRC, etc. activities
• Other tasks assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Education level: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related majors.
• Good in English, especially communicating
• Negotiation skills
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• At least 3 year experience in Import & Export, foreign trade or related fields.
