Drinking coffee was previously thought to cause some harm. But the truth is that you should think again about this.

Recently, there was a study that suggested that drinking coffee will help us reduce the risk of bowel cancer and especially colorectal cancer.

However, this is a method that still scares many people, drinking too much coffee has long been considered bad for health, such as increasing heart rate, increasing blood pressure, easily causing stroke …

However, according to the most recent study, scientists have completely rejected this notion - that is, drinking coffee regularly does not increase heart rate or cardiovascular disorders.

This is the largest study to date on the link between food and heart rate, conducted by researchers at the University of California - San Francisco (USA). "There is a need to reconsider the advice that consuming caffeine-containing products will cause cardiovascular disorders, as they may even be beneficial for our hearts," said Dr. Gregory Marcus, who led the study.

More specifically, the study was conducted on 1388 people with an average age of 72. Of which 60% drank or consumed products containing caffeine every day.( natural specialty robusta)

Results after measuring PACs (premature atrial contractions) and PVCs (premature ventricular contractions) did not show any link in making the candidates' hearts beat faster. These are measurements that are commonly associated with heart attack, stroke, and even death

In previous studies, caffeine was associated with increases in these two indicators. However, now all have been completely rejected.

Marcus shared: “Cafe has been attributed to many diseases, including the risk of type 2 diabetes and a depression, even affecting the structure of the coronary arteries, easily causing death. But now, coffee has been exonerated."

The study was published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.
