What is confidence?
After spending most of my life with the desire to be one of the ‘people’ who are always confident, I realized that I was thinking about it in a very poor way.

A big mistake that we make when we think of confidence is to treat it as the concept of ‘binary’. We tend to think about people being confident in a way that ‘you are or you don’t’. But these are things that are overly simplified.

We all feel a loss of confidence in some areas of life and a lack of confidence in front of others. I’m very confident in my ability to write, coach, produce podcasts, play football, drive cars and more. However, if you ask me to fly the plane, my confidence will return to earth.
