I. HÌNH THỨC
Nhân viên kế toán thời vụ, thời gian làm việc 8 tháng.
II. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC (BẰNG TIẾNG ANH)
INTERNAL
- Check and ensure the payment request, advance request processed according to procedures
- Ensure that monthly cash books & bank statement are matched to system
- Ensure that all payments are properly authorized as per company policies
- Updating the data into accounting software (FAST) daily
INVENTORY
- Maintain Inventory records in compliance with current regulation and law.
- Support Inventory counting
ACCOUNT PAYABLE
- Maintain account payable records
- Ensure claims are paid in time according to payment terms set out in contracts
FIXED ASSETS + OTHER ASSETS
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register & Allocation Tools Registers
- Review Depreciation & Allocation
Other responsibilities
- Support to set up the internal control, especially the financial controls
TAX RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare WHT, CIT, VAT, PIT declaration
- Payment to State budget & Reconciliation
III. YÊU CẦU (BẰNG TIẾNG ANH)
1. Bachelor in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or relevant field
2. Minimum 1 year working as relevant positions or auditor, prefer Production company
3. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Good time-management skills
6. Great interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to communicate in English
