OPERATIONAL MANAGER - ELITE FITNESS VINH

DESCRIPTION

This position is totally in charge of Club Operation including member service, facilities, juice bar & retail revenue, training. The incumbent must ensure that Club is operating in accordance to established policies and procedures.

1. Customer Services

• Building good relationship with members/guests

• Ensure members/guests’ needs are met and resolve all problems related in a timely manner

• Control and update total of new members joining Club

2. Facilities Maintenance

• Actively audit club daily base on check list and follow up with Maintenance to make sure all the facilities in order to serving members.

3. Foster team work

• Maximize support Personal Trainers & Sales department to hit Club target

• Solve problems arising with the above listed departments

• Develop good communication among employees and members.

• Directly/indirectly supervise the following departments: Customer Service & Reception, GX & Yoga coordinator, House Keeping, Maintenance, Security, Sales, Assistant Operation Manager.

4. Staff management at Club level

• Carry out staff training and development.

• Conduct employee evaluations with the Assistant Manager

• Interview, hire and train other staff when necessary.

5. Increasing second revenues and cost control

• Ensure all the revenues and expenses are under control

• Plan and strictly control monthly expense as well as other expenses

• Always update club revenues

6. Accountability

• Organize and attend weekly staff/management meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operation Director; CEO and BOD

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

▪ University graduate preferably Business, Foreign Languages or Hospitality industry.

▪ Minimum 5 year experience in Service industry, prefer at equivalent level

▪ Good knowledge of customer service, hospitality industry or fitness

▪ Good understanding of club operation management (customer service, housekeeping and facilities management)

▪ Strong communication skills (Vietnamese and English)

▪ Good management skill.

▪ Ability to understand budget and financial statement.

▪ Time management skills.

▪ Active team player
